1. Data Collection and Usage Our extension securely processes student records, academic metrics, contact numbers, and bank details provided entirely by the user via standard spreadsheet text. This data is handled strictly locally on the user's device to execute the core functionality of form automation and workflow optimization on authorized administrative web portals.

Data Storage and Security All personal student data, academic records, and financial entries uploaded or processed by this extension are stored temporarily and strictly within the user's secure browser container using chrome.storage.local. No student data, personal information, or financial entries are ever transmitted, uploaded, synced, or sold to any external servers or third-party databases. 3. License Validation and Network Usage To prevent abuse and manage premium subscriptions, the extension transmits only the user's inputted License Key and anonymous usage counts (e.g., number of successful entries) to a secure Google Apps Script server owned by the developer. No behavioral tracking or unauthorized background network monitoring is performed.

4. Limited Use Disclosure The SSA PRO Auto-Bot's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
