2. Data We Process and How We Use It To provide seamless automation between the authorized portal and your private Google Sheets, the extension processes the following locally:

  • Authentication Information: We locally process your encrypted Magic Key and 4-digit PIN. This is strictly used to authenticate the connection to your own designated Google Apps Script URL.

  • Website Content (Financial Records): The extension reads tabular data (Beneficiaries, Claims, e-Payments) directly from your active portal session. This data is instantly pushed to your private Google Drive environment.

3. Data Security & Storage

  • Local Storage Only: We use Chrome’s secure local storage to keep your session state and offline queue intact. No data is ever transmitted to our developer databases.

  • Bank-Grade Transmission: All data synchronization occurs over secure, encrypted HTTPS channels directly between the official portal and Google’s servers.

  • Zero-Knowledge Architecture: We have no access to your financial records, school data, or authentication keys.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure We adhere to the strictest data privacy standards:

  • We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial data.

  • We DO NOT use your data for advertising, creditworthiness, or any unrelated purpose.
